I'm going to step outside my usual boundaries and take a moment to speak about politics. Mainly to say WTF?!?

Alfred Nobel stated in his will that the peace prize belongs to "the person who shall have done the most or the best work for fraternity between nations, for the abolition or reduction of standing armies and for the holding and promotion of peace congresses"

Some of Obama's predecessors include Rigoberta Menchú Tum, Mother Teresa, Henry Dunant & Martin Luther King Jr..

I understand that Obama being elected to office was a big step for the American people, and a great accomplishment. However, during his current administration, I have seen nothing done that would qualify him among these distinguished people. I am willing to say that maybe, in the following 3+ years, he may prove himself worthy, but I think this award is just a tad bit preemptive.
